Tuyển dụng Manager, Customs Clearance & Bonded Warehouse tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Lead and manage customs clearance and bonded warehouse operations across assigned customers and sites.

• Ensure import, export, temporary import–re-export, bonded warehouse, and other customs activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.

• Maintain full compliance with Vietnamese customs regulations, tax requirements, licensing conditions, customer requirements, and DHL policies.

• Manage customs declarations, HS code classification, customs valuation, certificates of origin, permits, and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate with Customs authorities, government agencies, customers, transport teams, warehouse operations, and external service providers.

• Oversee bonded inventory control, including goods receipt, storage, movement, reconciliation, reporting, and customs liquidation.

• Ensure physical inventory and customs records are accurate and fully aligned.

• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, service levels, productivity, cost, compliance, and customer performance.

• Identify customs and bonded warehouse risks and implement preventive and corrective action plans.

• Lead customs audits, inspections, post-clearance reviews, and internal compliance assessments.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, control procedures, and document-retention standards.

• Drive process improvement, system enhancement, automation, and standardization across customs and bonded warehouse operations.

• Manage operating budgets, third-party costs, productivity, and profitability within the assigned scope.

• Lead, coach, and develop customs specialists, warehouse supervisors, and operational employees.

• Support business development, solution design, customer implementation, and regulatory assessment for new opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Customs, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customs clearance, international trade, or bonded warehouse operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese customs regulations, import and export procedures, bonded warehouse requirements, and trade compliance.

• Practical experience in customs declarations, HS code classification, customs valuation, certificates of origin, permits, and customs audits.

• Experience managing bonded inventory, customs reconciliation, reporting, and liquidation processes.

• Experience working with Customs authorities, customers, brokers, transport providers, and warehouse teams.

• Knowledge of customs declaration systems, warehouse management systems, and ERP platforms.

• Experience in contract logistics, freight forwarding, manufacturing, or multinational supply chain operations is preferred.

• Professional customs certification or customs-agent qualification is an advantage.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
