Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure daily operations run efficiently and safely.

• Monitor and achieve key warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and operational productivity.

• Oversee warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, material issuance, packing, and shipping.

• Ensure accurate transactions and inventory control through SAP/ERP systems.

• Coordinate inventory counts, stock-taking activities, and warehouse reporting.

• Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, including forklifts, barcode systems, and related tools.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, 6S, and operational excellence practices.

• Train, coach, and develop team members while conducting performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, environmental, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Support new product transfers, testing activities, and other projects assigned by management.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• College degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience leading or supervising a warehouse team.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and material flow processes.

• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems for warehouse transactions and inventory control.

• Good understanding of quality systems and compliance standards such as ISO, CSR, RBA, and EHS requirements.

• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, coaching, and team management skills.

• Ability to develop and implement warehouse procedures, work instructions, and process improvements.

• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
