How you’ll make an impact
- Lead the UK Inbound team to deliver high-quality, timely, and profitable travel solutions.
- Manage key accounts, tenders, VIP/FAM bookings, and complex client requests.
- Drive UK market strategy through market insights, product development, pricing, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with Contracting, Product, Sales, OPS, CARE, and Finance to ensure smooth operations and strong client relationships.
- Ensure SOPs, service standards, turnaround times, and financial processes are consistently met.
- Coach and develop the team through training, performance reviews, OKRs, and regular feedback.
- Resolve complex issues and complaints while maintaining high service standards

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience as an Inbound Travel Consultant, including 3–5+ years in a team leadership/management role.
- Proven experience managing a team of 5–10+ people; UK/European market experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of destination management, travel products, pricing, tour operations, and customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam’s key travel destinations; remote destinations are a plus.
- Operations experience and knowledge of sustainable/responsible tourism are a plus.
