- How you’ll make an impact
- Coordinate reservations with suppliers and Inbound Teams to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Brief tour guides and manage job orders, cash advances, and guide fee reports in the Tour Plan System.
- Submit operational requests for approval and resolve issues with the Supervisor/Manager.
- Monitor and improve the performance of guides, vehicles, and suppliers to ensure service quality and support responsible tourism.
- Coordinate supplier inspections, guide training, team meetings, and on-site quality checks.
- Follow and promote company policies, including Responsible Travel, Wildlife Code of Conduct, ChildSafe, and the Code of Ethics.

- What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good written and spoken English; an additional language (German, Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainable and responsible tourism is a plus.
