Remote | Customer Care Executive – Inbound Travel & Client Services

How you’ll make an impact
- Respond promptly to client calls, emails, messages and emergency requests.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and provide timely, cost-effective solutions.
- Follow up with clients, meet them when needed, and ensure clear communication.
- Promptly log and analyze issues in CARE Log, following SOPs and company guidelines.

What You’ll Bring
- Fluent spoken and written English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in customer care or inbound travel
- Strong customer focus and prioritization skills
- Proficient in MS Office and WhatsApp/Zalo
- Knowledge of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.
- Available for rotating shifts (08:00–16:00, 14:00–22:00, or 22:00–08:00), with up to 2 days off after 3–4 working days.
