Customer Care Officer (Hanoi/ HCM) (Korean & English Speaking)

As a Customer Care Officer, you'll be the trusted point of contact for travelers and partners, helping resolve issues, supporting VIP guests, and ensuring every journey is delivered with the high service standards EXO Travel is known for.
How you’ll make an impact
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Handle customer and partner inquiries, including emergency calls and urgent situations.
- Support complaint handling and resolution for clients and agents.
- Provide support for additional requests and urgent service needs during travel.
Service Quality Management
- Monitor service quality across different customer segments.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to resolve service-related issues.
- Collect and internally share customer feedback for service improvement.
Concierge & VIP Services
- Support concierge services for VIP and luxury clients.
- Assist with additional service arrangements and on-site service coordination.

What You’ll Bring
Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written).
Available for shift work (5 days/week, including weekends; 8 hours/day between 07:00–22:00 KST).
Strong service mindset with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of travel-related systems.
Understanding of Korean travel trends and tourism information is a plus.
