Treasury Manager

• Conduct market intelligence and identify opportunities in the financial market for potential treasury related business development products. Advise dealers and ALM team of market trends, developments for the business focus and liquidity management respectively;
• Successfully implement treasury strategy and policies for the company periodically;
• Coordinate with business team to analyze the current and future funding requirements to support business growth;
• Work with financial institutions to optimize company’s FDs and borrowings;
• Manage liquidity risks, set up and maintain standard rules for liquidity and interest rate risk management;
• Coordinate with finance team to maintain regulatory compliance related to prudential indicator reports and safety limits for securities company;
• Manage process of FI, government and corporate bonds investments in addition to borrowings from banks;
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University degree or higher in finance, banking, economics or related fields;
• Hold relevant certifications, e.g. CFA, CPA, ACCA or MBA is an advantage;
• At least 5 years working experience in investment banking, corporate banking, banks or securities’ treasury (money market exposure), asset and liabilities management, treasury in financial service companies;
• Practical experience in a business-driven culture and customer service-oriented atmosphere and multi-national corporations;
• Experience in managing group/regional reporting and approval processes;
• Good knowledge of funding mobilization process and documentation. Securities industry regulatory requirements, including but not limit to prudential indicator ratios and safety limits for financial institutions;
• Strong networking with foreign and domestic financial institutions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels;
• Good command of spoken and written English.
