Compliance Manager

• Lead the development and implementation of the compliance program, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Guide the company’s information disclosure process to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, setting a standard for transparency and accountability.
• Establish and review the Operations Manual process, ensuring that it aligns with compliance requirements and incorporates best practices for operational efficiency;
• Direct the monitoring of suspicious transactions and cash threshold breaches, establishing robust reporting mechanisms to mitigate risks.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among departments to review mapping exercises, ensuring that compliance practices are integrated across all business units.
• Prepare and present comprehensive compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead the review and enhancement of PBSV’s AML/CFT and TFS policies, ensuring strict adherence and effective implementation across the organization.
• Oversee the process of incident reviews conducted by Heads of Departments, ensuring timely identification and resolution of potential data leakage issues.
• Design and circulate assessment questions to staff at regular intervals, promoting awareness and understanding of compliance responsibilities across the organization.
• Identify, assess, and understand ML/TF risks associated with PBSV’s customers, geographical areas, and product/service offerings, while providing strategic recommendations to mitigate these risks.
• Lead the effort to identify and assess emerging risks, adapting compliance strategies to address evolving challenges in the regulatory environment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University degree or higher in law, finance, economics, business management, or related fields;
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in compliance in securities or financial service companies;
• At least 2 years working experiences in a leader position with a proven track record;
• Good knowledge in commercial law, especially the law of contract, law on enterprises, law on investments and law on securities;
• Knowledge of, and experience in an operating environment of strong internal controls, and corporate governance;
• Written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
