Senior Treasury Executive

• Conduct market research and monitor financial market developments to identify opportunities for treasury-related business activities. Provide market updates and insights to support business decisions and liquidity management.
• Support compliance with applicable regulations governing money market operations, including liquidity requirements, prudential ratios, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with business units to analyze current and projected funding requirements and assist in implementing funding strategies to support business growth.
• Liaise with financial institutions to execute and monitor fixed deposit placements and borrowing activities, ensuring competitive terms and efficient funding management.
• Monitor the Company's liquidity position and assist in identifying and mitigating liquidity and interest rate risks in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the Finance team in preparing and submitting prudential reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory safety limits applicable to securities companies.
• Execute and monitor treasury transactions, including fixed deposits, borrowings, and investments in financial institution, government, and corporate bonds, ensuring proper documentation and timely settlement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• University degree or higher in finance, banking, economics or related fields; Hold relevant certifications, e.g. CFA or a master's degree in banking and finance is an advantage;
• At least 4 years working experience in treasury/ asset-liability management/ credit assessment in banks, securities companies or other financial institutions;
• Strong knowledge of treasury products (money market, bonds, CDs, corporate loan, FX, derivatives);
• Good understanding of macroeconomic analysis and market trend (interest rate, FX rate, etc.);
• Good knowledge of funding process, cash-flow management;
• Practical experience in a business-driven culture and customer service-oriented atmosphere and multi-national corporations;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels;
• Proficient in English
