Job Purpose

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing training and development activities at the Quang Ninh plant, ensuring effective implementation, proper documentation, and continuous improvement of employee capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with business and operational needs.

• Conduct training needs analysis across departments, particularly manufacturing functions.

• Develop training materials and coordinate with internal and external trainers.

• Organize and manage various training programs, including online, offline, internal, and external courses.

• Coordinate training schedules, participants, trainers, materials, and logistics.

• Monitor training quality, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage the LMS and ensure training records are complete and up to date.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and relevant KPIs.

• Prepare training reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare training documents and records and support internal/external audit requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training & Development or a similar role.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG, electronics, mechanical, textile, or related industries.

• Strong instructional design and training implementation skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.

• Problem-solving and project coordination capabilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning/LMS platforms.

• Good command of English OR Chinese.
