Trade Promotion Specialist

Job Purpose or Summary

• In charge of managing the trade promotion: monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc… and clearance campaign.
• In charge of providing detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign to Trading director.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop annual/ quarterly/ monthly/ weekly campaign plans, and execute upon them in order to achieve the stated revenue and relative profit targets.
• Execute & follow up for clearance project: stock, report & merchandising
• Strictly follow up the promotion timeline with buyers and relevant departments.
• Strictly follow up stock update for pushing stock delivery to store before promotion/ clearance effective time
• Work closely with the line manager to develop and implement commercial strategies with focus on high growth in revenue. 
• Work closely with the necessary departments to effectively deliver campaign plans to target customers through various marketing channels
• Work closely with Merchandising team to establish a concise and executable merchandise campaign plan
• Ensure the commercial function delivers effective contractual solutions and strategies that balance risk and opportunity in campaign planning and suggested mark-downs. 
• New DC project.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial, Economics.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in Retail.
• Demonstrated understanding of merchandising financials and ability to manage profitability
• Good planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail. 
• Good in learning, willing to take up challenges. 
• Able to work independently, responsibility and commitment.
• Good in communication skills, verbal and written
