Trade and Customs (Senior) Officer

Position Overview

Logistic, Liquidation implementation, SAP and ISO implementation

Key Responsibilities

1. In charge of liquidation system

a. Maintain system (review and make improvement)

b. Operate system efficiently.

2. Work with FI to consolidate with FI liquidation.

3. Involve in sourcing, select, manage, control vendors/suppliers.

4. Legal updates & implement.

5. Provide solution to logistics/liquidation/legal for cost improvement.

6. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:

a. 7S & KAIZEN

b. Environmental Health Safety

c. EICC & Social Responsibility

Protection of company assets

7. Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.

8. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

* Working location: Thang Long I IZ, Hanoi OR Thang Long II IZ, Hung Yen

Provide company car from Hanoi/ Hai Duong/ Bac Ninh/ Vinh Phuc to factory

University educated

Experience

At least 02 years of experience to handle customs finalization OR liquidation system OR invole to improvement of Supply chains at

Skills & Competencies

1. Good knowledge of EPE manufacturing process & system

2. International and local laws on customs procedure, taxes.

3. Open-minded; global, logical, systematical thinking

4. Be familiar to SAP, ERP & Ecuss system.

5. Communication, organization, presentation, teamwork skill

6. English (oral and written), Excel proficiency.

7. Kaizen and innovation skills
