Textile Production Assistant Manager (Binh Dinh)

- 1. Production Management
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing daily textile production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Supervise and coordinate production activities across weaving, dyeing, finishing, and coating processes.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and machine utilization to optimize manufacturing performance.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of production processes and operating procedures (SOPs).
- 2. Production Line Coordination
- Assist in planning production schedules and allocating manpower, machines, and materials effectively.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor production KPIs, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- 3. Process Improvement
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce production costs, and minimize waste.
- Analyze production data and recommend improvements in workflow, equipment utilization, and production efficiency.
- Participate in new production line setup and process optimization projects when required.
- 4. Team Management
- Supervise production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
- Coach and develop production staff to improve technical skills and operational performance.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.
- 5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Support technical discussions with suppliers when necessary.

- Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing textile production lines in a textile manufacturing company.
- Experience in woven fabric production is preferred.
- Experience in outdoor fabrics, home furnishing textiles, dyeing, finishing, or coating is an advantage.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, including weaving, dyeing, finishing, and coating.
- Experience in production planning, capacity management, quality control, and productivity improvement.
- Good understanding of textile machinery and production equipment.
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits or factory support.
