Tax Supervisor

• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit all tax declarations and filings (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) accurately and on time.
• Monitor tax risks and proactively identify potential issues, proposing mitigation actions where necessary.
• Coordinate and support tax audits, inspections, and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
• Review and assess tax-related documents and transactions to ensure compliance.
• Track and interpret changes in tax regulations, evaluate their impact, and provide recommendations to the business.
• Support tax planning and contribute to optimizing tax structures within legal frameworks.
• Provide tax advisory support to Finance and other internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper tax compliance across operations.
• Support improvement of internal tax processes and documentation

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, auditing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in taxation or tax accounting.
• Prior experience in Big4 firms is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience working with tax authorities and participating in tax audits.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a plus
