MOLEX, a brand under KOCH Industries with its headquarters in Wichita, Kansas (USA), is one of the world’s leading interconnector manufacturers.

Since 2007, Molex Vietnam has operated its first factory in Thang Long I IP. We are now expanding with a new high tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.

Your Job

Lead the Talent Acquisition team to deliver timely and qualified Indirect Labor (IDL) hiring for Molex Vietnam. Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HRBP, TA Partners and the Koch Recruiting Team to build effective sourcing strategies, strengthen IDL talent pipelines, ensure recruitment compliance, and develop team capability to meet business needs.

What You Will Do

Talent Acquisition Delivery & Business Partnership:

• Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBP to understand workforce needs, role requirements and IDL hiring priorities.

• Translate hiring demand into practical sourcing plans, timelines and recruitment actions.

• Provide talent market insights, pipeline updates and hiring risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Recruitment Delivery – IDL Hiring:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for professional and specialist IDL roles across Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supporting Functions.

• Allocate requisitions and sourcing workload within the team to balance priorities and ensure hiring progress, speed and quality.

• Collaborate with TA Partners and the Koch Recruiting Team for specialized, niche or difficult-to-fill roles.

• Maintain candidate experience and hiring discipline throughout sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding handover.

Employer Branding & Talent Pool Management:

• Drive Employer Branding initiatives and targeted talent pipeline development for IDL hiring.

• Build and maintain external partnerships with Universities, Professional Associations, Recruitment Agencies and Service Providers.

• Support Early Career Programs, Internal Mobility and other pipeline-building initiatives when relevant to IDL talent needs.

TA Process, Reporting & Team Leadership:

• Manage, coach and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists to achieve hiring targets and improve delivery capability.

• Monitor recruitment metrics, team workload and hiring progress to identify gaps, risks and follow-up actions.

• Ensure adherence to Molex recruitment policies, local labor regulations and required compliance standards.

• Identify process gaps and propose practical improvements to increase efficiency, quality and candidate experience.

Other Related Duties:

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a team leadership role.

• Solid experience recruiting professional and Indirect Labor (IDL) roles.

• Strong leadership, team management, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in recruitment tools, ATS and Microsoft Office.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and Employer Branding.

• Experience working with Universities, Professional Associations, Recruitment Agencies or Service Providers.
