As a Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition), you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities to attract top talent across various functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, optimize recruitment strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while contributing to employer branding initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence across recruitment platforms and social media.
• Prepare recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics, and recommend improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, market insights, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Support onboarding activities and other HR administrative tasks when required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within a Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Technology, or Agency environment.
• Proven experience in hiring for multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is an advantage.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
