Supply Chain Operations Manager

1. Order Confirmation to Delivery Cycle
• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order validation to sales order confirmation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, resolve operational issues, and support customer satisfaction.
• Drive KPI performance, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
2. Delivery to Accounts Receivable (AR) Cycle
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment and delivery execution, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels, timelines, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Logistics, Service, Warehouse teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor delivery performance, resolve customer and logistics issues proactively, and drive continuous improvements in operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers, third-party logistics providers (3PL), and internal stakeholders to effectively manage returns, replacements, and delivery-related escalations.
3. Project Billing to Cash Cycle
• Coordinate and monitor project schedules to ensure contractual compliance and timely, accurate revenue recognition.
• Analyze project performance and progress related to billing and collections, including the calculation of provisions when necessary.
• Support cash collection activities and ensure alignment between project execution, invoicing, and financial reporting requirements.
Education &

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, operations, logistics, distribution, or order management.
• Hands-on experience with Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules within ERP systems.
Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of Sales Operations, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Inventory Management, and regional logistics operations.
• Good working knowledge of industry regulations, statutory requirements, assistance schemes, and operational procedures relevant to the business.
• Experience working with project-based operations and contract management is an advantage.

• Proven ability to manage and coordinate diverse groups of stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to assimilate and analyze information quickly and accurately, and provide practical recommendations.
• Fluent in English.
