- Inventory & Logistics Management
- Drive global inventory strategies to achieve target stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Establish inventory governance, KPIs, and reporting standards applicable across all sites.
- Standardize logistics processes including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and intercompany transportation activities.
- Monitor logistics performance and ensure consistency with corporate supply chain policies and objectives.
- Lead initiatives to optimize supply chain costs and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Supply Chain Leadership & Operations Excellence
- Provide functional leadership and professional guidance to regional and local Supply Chain teams located across different countries.
- Ensure consistent execution of planning, inventory control, and material flow processes throughout the organization.
- Review supply chain performance regularly, identify operational risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage escalation and resolution of critical supply chain issues impacting customers or manufacturing operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across global supply chain functions.
- Support organizational changes and ensure smooth business continuity during transitions.
- Reporting & Strategic Support
- Deliver data-driven analyses, dashboards, and supply chain reports to senior leadership.
- Monitor key business indicators and recommend improvement actions based on operational performance.
- Participate in strategic projects aimed at enhancing supply chain capabilities and supporting long-term business objectives.

- Female, under 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related disciplines.
- MBA or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management within multinational manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in demand planning, customer planning, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong background in automotive components, electronics manufacturing, or other highly integrated industrial sectors.
- Experience working within global matrix organizations and coordinating with international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in leading regional or global supply chain initiatives.
