- Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation Manager (Medical Center, $1200, ID20021):
- 1. Clinic Operations (40%)
- Direct daily operations to maximize productivity and service quality.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the patient experience.
- Manage corporate health check-up programs and facility maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare laws and standards.
- 2. Human Resource Management
- Optimize workforce planning and lead recruitment for the operations team.
- Coach and develop staff through performance evaluations and training.
- Align manpower with booking volumes and business demands.
- 3. Strategic Leadership
- Advise the Board of Directors (BOD) on operational strategies and standardization.
- Lead change management initiatives and key projects.
- Represent the clinic to government authorities and external stakeholders.
- Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6–8 years in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Proven track record in clinic/hospital management.
- Expertise in process optimization and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Language: Proficiency in English and/or Japanese
