Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a highly strategic and analytical leader to drive IPO readiness and corporate strategy for a fast-scaling EV mobility platform. This role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s equity story, ensuring IPO preparedness, and aligning strategic priorities across functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a facts-based equity story, positioning GSM as the “world’s largest EV-mobility platform”, supported by robust data and strategic narrative.

• Develop and manage the IPO readiness checklist over the next ~1.5 years, including tracking company performance and progress against key metrics.

• Establish and monitor critical KPIs and readiness indicators to ensure alignment with IPO requirements.

• Coordinate and consolidate the annual strategy and action planning process in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.

• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure strategic initiatives are executed in line with IPO readiness objectives.

• Prepare high-quality materials and insights to support pre-IPO and IPO processes, including investor-facing documents.

• 4-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment, or corporate planning

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic narratives

• Experience in IPO preparation, fundraising, or investor engagement is a strong advantage

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments

• Experience in high-growth, tech-enabled industries (e.g., mobility, e-commerce, platforms)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
