Job Summary

Responsible for shaping and optimizing omnichannel product assortments through market research, consumer insight analysis, and data-driven adjustments in the healthcare market. Manages the suppliers’ coordination for stock availability, promotions, and new launches, while ensuring accurate product representation and effective promotion execution across online and offline channels through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, consumer behavior, and competition in the omnichannel market (online channel of other retailers and brands,…) to prose the product portfolio and relevant trade schemes

• Identify and sources of assortments that align with current market demand and customer preferences.

• Work with data analytics tools and customer insights to adjust the product assortment according to omnichannel needs.

• Engage with the product suppliers for ongoing stock management, promotions, new product launches, ensuring stock levels meet omnichannel demand.

• Work closely with relevant functions to ensure products well-represented across online and offline touchpoints.

• Ensure promotions and advertising are effectively communicated and executed properly.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably Pharmacy related majors.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail buying or business development in the healthcare field.

3. Analytical mindset, capable of using data to drive decisions.

4. Strong understanding of omnichannel and e-commerce market dynamics.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

6. Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility and commitment.
