Software Project Manager (Banking Project)

Project Delivery & Execution

• Manage the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle, from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and risk management plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, customers, technology vendors, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committee meetings, status updates, and project reporting.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, customers, and technology vendors.
• Coordinate with customers and technology vendors to align project requirements, technical solutions, implementation plans, and issue resolution.
• Maintain effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Governance & Reporting

• Ensure project governance processes and delivery standards are consistently followed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• from 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Software Delivery Management.
• Experience working with banking or financial services customers is preferred.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience managing medium-to-large software implementation or system integration projects with project teams of approximately 20–30 members.
• Experience working with technology vendors/principals on solution implementation, technical coordination, issue escalation, and delivery governance is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex project environments.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications is a plus.
• Good English communication skills is preferred.
