Backend Python Engineer (AI R&D Center)

We are building an AI legal assistant platform for large B2B clients and government organizations. The product helps users search, analyze, and interact with legal knowledge through AI-powered workflows. Our team is young, fast-moving, and product-oriented. • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python.
• Build RESTful APIs for frontend applications, AI services, and internal systems.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
• Develop asynchronous processing pipelines using Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with AI, Frontend, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver production-ready features.
• Support deployment, monitoring, debugging, and production operations.
• Write clean, maintainable code, tests, and technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture and engineering best 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3+ years of backend development experience with Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Celery or similar background job frameworks.
• Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, concurrency, caching, retry mechanisms, and logging.
• Experience building and maintaining production systems.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ownership mindset and ability to build scalable, maintainable software.
• Nice to have:  1. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD, and cloud or on-premise deployments / 2. Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry / 3. Experience building B2B or enterprise products / 4. Experience with AI, OCR, NLP, search systems, or LLM integrations / 5. Strong algorithmic background or programming competition experience.
