Shipping Documentation Staff (6-Month Contract) - Work From Home

Job Introduction

This position is based in Vietnam and will support shipment and export documentation activities for our US operations. The role will work closely with the Vietnam Merchandising Team, US Warehouse/Customer Team, forwarders and trucking companies to ensure shipping documents, shipment information and delivery arrangements are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive shipment information from the Vietnam Merchandising Team and prepare shipping documents according to customer requirements.

- Update and manage shipment information on customer systems accurately and on time.

- Prepare, check and submit export/shipping documents and related information before the required cut-off time.

- Coordinate with forwarders and trucking companies to arrange trucks and confirm pick-up/delivery schedules.

- Follow up truck status, driver/truck information and shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery.

- Communicate with the US Warehouse/Customer Team regarding shipment schedules, documents and related issues.

- Submit and follow up transportation invoices and supporting documents on customer systems.

- Check and resolve errors or incomplete information/documents in the system.

- Maintain proper records of shipping documents and shipment information.

- Coordinate with related departments and perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

- Working hour: 20:00 to 04:00

- 6-month labor contract

- Work from home (WFH).

- Experience in shipping documentation, freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.

- Good English communication and computer skills.
