Merchandiser / Nhân Viên Theo Dõi Đơn Hàng

- Manage customer orders from development to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Act as the key contact between customers and internal teams throughout the order lifecycle.

- Coordinate with Production, QA, Lab, Purchasing, Costing, and Shipping to ensure smooth execution.

- Follow up sample development, product testing, and customer approvals before bulk production.

- Monitor production progress, material readiness, and shipment schedules while proactively resolving issues.

- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize product cost and improve efficiency.

- Keep customers updated on order status and ensure timely responses to all inquiries.

- Support continuous improvement and perform other merchandising-related tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a manufacturing environment.

- Good understanding of the merchandising process, from quotation and product development to production and shipment.

- Knowledge of production processes and factory operations.

- Strong communication and coordination skills with customers and cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

- Good command of English (both written and spoken).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) & Saturday: 03 Saturday mornings/month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM), with 01 flexible Saturday off each month.

- Company shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City.
