• Monitoring and reporting quality of Air conditioner in market
• Direct solving serious problems of Air conditioner in market
• Supporting customer in using, operating, installing, repairing Air conditioner
• Working with factory for quality improvement

• College graduation or above in the field of electrical or cooling/HVAC system
• Having from 1 year of experience in Air conditioner repair and installation is high priority
• Strong technical, installation, repairing skills of electrical, cooling system
• Be able to make report of issue and solve problem
• Good computer skills, good attitude and manner
