Senior Supply Chain Specialist

About the assignment

Senior Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities as below:

ERP operational

• Build up ERP Supply Chain integration process between the manufacturing to warehouse (DI & ECOM channel) & implementation

• Update and secure correct item master data information set-up in ERP systems. Furthermore, work with systems and reports.

• Prepare suppliers for best replenishment and delivery solutions by continuously maintaining & developing supplier delivery performance and maintain production lead time in ERP system

Supplier management

• Actively contribute in the planning and execution of delivery performance at supplier, constraints periods and activities.

• Continuously follow-up, analyse and take action to improve raw material replenishment, finished Goods delivery performance and ensure delivery on time.

• Develop and maintain suppliers’ logistic competence towards becoming responsible on their own performance

• Contribute to supplier development by taking a lead from production planning and engage relevant competence in LS and at Supplier

• Weekly report for production, delivery planning as well as escalate for urgent issue to take correction at production site.

Innovation, Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive automation and modernization

• Partner with IT teams to ensure smooth data flow across systems (ERP, Power BI)

• Mentor junior Supply Planner to operate the automation project

• Build and manage data warehouse

1. Education

• Bachelor’s in economics, data engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Experience

• Experience in analysis or planning, preferably in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail.

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, and Power BI integration.

• Strong track record of designing and maintaining ERP (Netsuites, Oracle)

• Experience in data modeling and performance optimization at an enterprise global scale.

• Understanding of Supply Chain processes (demand/supply planning, logistics, inventory) is a major plus.

3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Technical knowledge: excel proficiency, power point, power BI & SQL (if possible),

• Soft Skills: Strong supplier management and the ability to influence across functions and geographies.

• Mindset: Agile, curious, and focused on continuous improvement.
