Quality Assurance, Quality Control Leader

• Develop and maintain quality standards, inspection procedures, and workmanship requirements for upholstered furniture.

• Manage and support QC Leaders and QC Inspectors at supplier factories to ensure consistent quality control implementation.

• Monitor supplier quality performance, analyze quality data and defect trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Conduct supplier quality audits and work closely with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

• Review quality reports, monitor production quality status, and escalate critical quality issues when necessary.

• Collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, and Compliance teams to resolve quality issues and support new product launches.

• Prepare quality reports and provide regular updates on supplier quality performance to management.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, engineers, and other teams to identify and resolve quality problems.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

At least 3-10 years relevant working experience as a Inline/final inspection QC, or furniture production manager in an international/local company,

Quality assurance experience in furniture and upholstery is a must

Understanding of raw material and construction for furniture manufacturing industry

Experience and knowledge, understanding of quality requirements
