Senior Sales Representative

Overall Purpose

To promote RPC products through market visits and contribute to profitability and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Drive sales performance to reach sales target:

• Plan and implement customer visit plan

• Build and maintain close relationship with customers.

• Probe and understand customer needs and provide solution to meet customer needs

• Co-ordinate customer orders with distributors/ wholesalers

• Prospect and acquire new customer accounts.

• Solve customer complaint and customer concerns

2. Investigate competitor information and market information to find out opportunity and risk

3. Manage and training to subordinate (if have)

4. Do monthly report to ASM

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in similar role in Food, Bakery service industry,

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese;

• Experience in Food, Bakery companies, exposure to foreign company; environment will be an advantage;

• Communication & negotiation skills;
