Graphic Design

Design marketing and communication materials such as posters, banners, standees, brochures, leaflets, backdrops, POSM, and other brand materials.

Create visual content for digital communication channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, and OTA platforms.

Develop creative visuals for advertising campaigns, promotional programs, seasonal campaigns, and company events.

Design social media visuals and other digital assets in accordance with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Edit and retouch images, optimize layouts, typography, and color schemes to ensure visual appeal and consistency with the brand identity.

Adapt and resize design materials across different platforms and communication formats while maintaining visual consistency.

Develop and maintain visual design concepts that are aligned with the brand positioning and overall communication direction.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns and communication activities.

Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all design materials before publication or production.

Marketing & Brand Support

Collaborate with the Marketing team and relevant departments to understand creative briefs, campaign objectives, and design requirements.

Support the design execution of marketing campaigns, promotional programs, events, and brand activation activities.

Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials and production outputs.

Maintain and organize design files, templates, brand assets, and other creative resources.

Stay updated on current graphic design trends, visual communication styles, and creative practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's/College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or hotel industry.

• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other design tools is an advantage.

• English proficiency: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent certification.
