Senior Marcom Specialist

- Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing communication activities to strengthen the company's brand and support business growth. This role works closely with internal teams and key partners to deliver effective campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and improve communication performance.
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Inbound Marketing:
- Understand the company's services, products, and communication needs.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights. Plan and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns.
- Develop content plans and coordinate communication materials.
- Manage website content and coordinate SEO optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Branding Enhancement:
- Manage partnerships with Google, TikTok, Meta, and other strategic partners.
- Prepare submissions for industry awards and partnership programs.
- Develop company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support PR, partnership, and employer branding activities.
- Prepare communication materials for senior management.
- Project Analysis:
- Manage communication projects from planning to execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Track website, social media, and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and AI tools.
- Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support and mentor junior team members and interns.

- Good understanding of Marketing Communications, Branding, Content Marketing, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong presentation, project management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Branding, or Corporate Communications.
- Experience in an Advertising, Digital, or Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
- Experience managing integrated marketing communication campaigns.
- Experience working with Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar partners is an advantage.
- Relevant previous projects are highly preferred.
