Senior Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and practical solutions to support the Company's business and operational activities.

• Review, draft, negotiate, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

• Research and interpret applicable laws and regulations, and provide legal guidance to internal departments.

• Review and provide legal input on internal policies, procedures, and operational manuals.

• Assess legal implications of business activities and recommend appropriate legal solutions.

• Provide legal support for business transactions, including capital market, treasury, and other corporate transactions, where required.

• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and communicate significant updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external legal advisors on legal matters, where required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in securities.

• Good knowledge of Vietnamese corporate, commercial, investment, and securities laws and regulations.

• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documentation.

• Exposure to capital market transactions, treasury matters, or corporate finance is an advantage.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
