System Administration Officer

Responsibilities

Execute tasks related to infrastructure management and information security to support the IT Department in fulfilling its functions and responsibilities, and contribute to the company's achievement of its strategic goals.

• Set up, support, and configure IT infrastructure systems.

• Monitor, prevent incidents, and optimize system performance.

• Troubleshoot IT infrastructure-related issues.

• Implement and maintain system security measures.

• Develop backup and disaster recovery plans for the system.

• Integrate third-party components and products.

• Maintain and document IT systems and infrastructure.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated with a university degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role.

• Preferably experienced in securities, finance, banking, or insurance industries.

• Proven experience in operating servers and VMWARE virtualization infrastructure.

• Proficient in Linux and system services.

• Hands-on experience managing Nginx proxy systems.

• Solid understanding and experience with Windows services and servers.

• Familiarity with system design principles.

• Experience with backup systems and solutions.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and SolarWinds.

• Knowledge of log collection, analysis, and visualization tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, etc.

• Understanding of networking and security is a plus.

• Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).

• Familiarity with container orchestration and management tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

• Preferably holds international certifications in systems, networking, or security.
