Automation & Process Optimization

• Analyze current workflows across training operations, reporting, planning, and logistics

• Identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions

• Design and implement automation using tools (Power Automate, scripts, AI tools…)

AI Enablement & Digital Learning Innovation

• Develop and deploy AI solutions such as: AI learning assistant, AI-powered knowledge search (SharePoint KB), AI-assisted content creation

• Ensure AI is adopted in real business usage, not only pilot

Solution Testing & Scaling

• Conduct pilot testing (A/B testing, real-use scenarios)

• Measure impact: productivity, quality, adoption

• Optimize and scale successful solutions

Digital Integration & System Enablement

• Integrate systems: Learning platform (Docebo), Knowledge base (SharePoint), Reporting & dashboards

• Automate data flow across systems

Data & Performance Automation

• Automate reporting dashboards and KPI tracking

• Ensure data is available for decision-making without manual processing

Project Support

• Support innovation initiatives (proposal, business case, MVP)

• Collaborate with IT, Data, HR, Finance and Sales teams

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 2 years of experience in Automation / Digital transformation / Process improvement /Learning technology / LMS roles

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Data, or related fields

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, dashboard development and business analytics.

• Ability to generate insights and recommendations from data, not only reporting.

• Ability to translate business problems into digital, automation and AI solutions.

• Experience driving user adoption, change management and rollout of digital solutions.

• Experience with LMS, Knowledge Management Systems, Learning Platforms or Employee Enablement Systems

• Experience participating in transformation/automation process as a key stakeholders/function, from requirement gathering through testing, rollout and adoption.

• Good communication and stakeholder management

• Intermediate level at English
