A. ABOUT Company

-Company is a boutique advisory firm specializing in wealth management and financial

organization for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and families. We deliver

comprehensive solutions in wealth management, investment, legal-entity structuring, risk

governance, and long-term financial planning, including:

• Domestic and international asset allocation and portfolio management

• Design of ownership and legal structures for governance optimization, asset protection,

and multi-generational succession

• Corporate restructuring, operational enhancement, and strategic initiatives

• Execution of tailor-made projects in investment, legal, operational, and cross-disciplinary

areas

• Long-term Wealth Advisory with deep involvement in asset organization and risk

management

- The successful candidate will support projects across investment & finance, legal &

compliance, corporate & asset structuring, operational restructuring, and strategic cross-

border initiatives in collaboration with local and international advisory partners.

B. ROLE & VALUE CONTRIBUTION

- Investment Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate multi-dimensional investment opportunities, assessing target

companies from business-sector perspectives; perform valuation, risk assessment, and

provide investment recommendations.

• Participate in and coordinate with partners during due diligence processes for target

companies (CDD, FTDD, LDD).

• Support negotiation and design of transaction structures; review legal, financial and tax

implications; optimize structures; prepare and contribute to transaction documentation

throughout the investment lifecycle.

• Monitor performance of portfolio companies’ post-investment and of group subsidiaries;

evaluate and advise on expansion projects.

• Build and maintain relationships with advisory firms; source and connect with potential

investment opportunities.

• Participate in equity divestments, capital raises, debt financing, or asset-backed

financings to support business development of group entities.

- Corporate Restructuring Responsibilities

• Work with subsidiaries on ownership, operational and financial governance restructuring;

review tax impacts of restructuring initiatives.

• Develop and implement internal transfer plans, cash flow arrangements, and tax

optimization measures to achieve target structures.

- Asset Allocation & Structuring Responsibilities

• Research and advise on legal and tax conditions, barriers and incentives in regional and

international jurisdictions to design onshore–offshore business and ownership linkages.

• Coordinate with foreign advisors to design and execute asset allocation, capital

reallocation and investment transfer plans, and implement related projects for the Owner.

- Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company Director and direct

manager.
