Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Lead and independently develop comprehensive interior design

concepts, space planning, and layout solutions from initial ideation to final execution.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Architects, MEP engineers, and

Project Managers to ensure seamless design integration and feasibility across all project

phases.

• Site Coordination & Supervision: Directly coordinate with contractors and site teams.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the construction strictly complies with the approved

design intent and quality standards.

• Material & Detailing: Source, specify, and select materials, finishes, and FF&E (Furniture,

Fixtures & Equipment). Produce detailed technical drawings and comprehensive material

boards.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify on-site technical issues and provide practical, aesthetic,

and cost-effective design solutions in a timely manner.

• Other performed will be assigned by Manager and BOM.

Educational background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.

• At least 5 years of proven professional working experience in interior design (A strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects is mandatory).

Experiences

• Solid understanding of Vietnamese building codes, safety standards, and interior construction details.

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, supplier networks, and custom furniture detailing.

• Highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Skills required

• Advanced skills in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Enscape/Corona for high-quality rendering.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for post-production and presentation.

• A proactive problem-solver with a high sense of ownership.
