ROLE 1: SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER (CONCEPT & VISUALS)

Key Responsibilities

- Translate client business goals, brand direction, and user insights into compelling hospitality interior concepts.

- Develop design narratives, layouts, mood boards, sketches, material palettes, and client presentations

- Create functional, beautiful, operationally efficient spaces that meet budget and long-term value objectives.

- Source and recommend materials, finishes, furniture, fittings, and suitable brands aligned with the design concept.

- Coordinate with architects, MEP, structural, civil, fire safety, IT, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

- Develop coordinated, buildable design solutions and help ensure design intent is accurately documented.

- Review materials, samples, mock-ups, shop drawings, specifications, and contractor submissions.

- Conduct site visits, address RFIs and design changes, and resolve construction-related design issues.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, authority requirements, approvals, and permits.

- Support tender queries, tender evaluation, site inspections, defect reviews, and project close-out when required.

- Design-led with a strong eye for luxury detailing, materials, lighting, and guest experience.

- Practical and commercially aware - able to balance aesthetics, function, constructability, budget, and operational needs.

- Confident communicator who builds trust with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

- Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of design quality throughout the project lifecycle.

ROLE 2: SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER (DESIGN & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop concept, basic, detailed, tender, and construction drawing packages.

- Prepare CAD and BIM drawings, including master plans, red-line markups, interior details, FF&E details, and construction documentation.

- Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, structural, PCCC, ACS, IT, and related drawings for consistency and constructability.

- Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and contractor submissions for accuracy and compliance.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Design Managers, estimators, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet the target completion of the projects.

- Conduct accurate site measurements and assessments before design implementation.

- Ensure designs comply with approved specifications, local codes, regulations, and permit requirements.

- Track work progress, identify outstanding issues, and deliver assignments on time and to the required quality.

- Support material coordination, design meetings, technical reviews, and project documentation.

- Provide construction-phase technical support and help maintain design intent.

- Support tender documentation, technical clarifications, contractor evaluations, and procurement coordination.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain accurate project records.

Qualifications for role 1:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Minimum 3- 5+ years’ experience in interior design and/or architecture.

- Strong portfolio in luxury hospitality, high-end F&B, retail, clubhouse, commercial, mixed-use, or luxury residential projects.

- Experience working for design consultancies and/or client-side or investor-led projects is preferred.

- Solid understanding of the full design process from initial concept, space planning, 3d modeling and rendering, design development, also able to deploy technical detailing is a plus, support tender, and construction installation.

- Strong material, finish, furniture, fittings, and brand-sourcing knowledge.

- Able to develop and manage material boards, samples, specifications, mock-ups, detail and construction administration.

- Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines.

- English communication skills are preferred.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in 3ds Max with V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or Vantage.

- Ability to turn SketchUp concepts into high-quality, photorealistic day and night renderings.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools is an advantage.

- Familiar with construction materials, detailing, local regulations, fire safety, and permit processes.

Qualifications for role 2:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- 3- 5+ years of experience in interior design and/or architecture.

- Strong portfolio in luxury hospitality, F&B, retail, clubhouse, commercial, mixed-use, or high-end residential projects.

- Experience with design consultancies, contractors, or client-side project teams is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of space planning, functional zoning, design development, technical detailing, and construction drawings.

- Skilled in material, finish, furniture, fitting, and brand selection.

- Experience with material boards, samples, specifications, mock-ups, and construction administration.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, site measurements, local regulations, and hospitality standards.

- Effective time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Good spoken and written English, particularly construction-related terminology.

Technical Skills

- Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.

- Advantageous: 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visualization tools.

- Knowledge of construction detailing, fire safety, permits, and authority approval processes is a plus.
