- Manage production issues related to ICT fixtures/programs with timely resolution.
- Optimize structural test plans based on ICT/FCT yield analysis to detect SMT, PCB, and component issues early.
- Collaborate with CMs, tester vendors, and fixture houses, providing DFM guidance to meet ICT requirements.
- Support production bring-up and debugging activities.
- Define and deliver procedures, documentation, and technical support as needed.

- What We Need to See
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in ICT programming, fixture design/manufacturing, and factory testing.
- Strong ICT development capability, hardware design understanding, board debugging, and structured test knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of board manufacturing flow, PCB/fixture design, and proven program management experience.
- Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, TDR, BERT).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong team player with analytical skills and good working habits.
- Self-starter able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
