Senior Expert/Manager, Customer & Market Insights

1. Develop and implement market and customer research plans for MAG's projects.

2. Plan and execute market research activities for projects scheduled for development and launch within the year.

3. Prepare, allocate, monitor, and report on the research budget and project expenditures.

4. Execute and oversee approved market and customer research and analysis activities in accordance with the approved plans.

5. Prepare periodic reports to provide updates on the real estate market or ad hoc reports as requested by the Board of Directors (BOD).

6. Team Management and Development:

- Manage, assign, supervise, and evaluate team members' performance; recommend rewards and disciplinary actions where appropriate.

- Coach, train, and support the professional development of team members.

- Participate in recruitment and team-building activities.

- Update, communicate, and provide guidance on the implementation of relevant internal policies, regulations, and procedures.

- Foster a professional, collaborative, and high-performing working environment within the team

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Customer & Market Research/Insights, preferably in real estate or consulting, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.

Solid understanding of market research methodologies and customer insights.

Good command of English (IELTS 6.5 equivalent or above).
