Gallery Operation Manager

Manage the daily operations of the Sales Gallery, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with Masterise standards.

Plan and execute Sales Gallery events in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and relevant stakeholders while maintaining facilities, décor, and overall presentation.

Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team through recruitment, training, performance management, scheduling, and employee engagement initiatives.

Monitor guest experience, analyze customer feedback, resolve service issues, and continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Manage operational budgets, cost control, procurement, administration, reporting, and vendor/contractor performance to support business objectives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer journeys, support VIP visits, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety, Fire & Evacuation procedures, company policies, and all applicable regulations.

Foster a customer-centric culture by demonstrating Masterise service standards, encouraging innovation, and performing additional duties assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Real Estate or related disciplines.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience or Hospitality, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in customer journey management, customer satisfaction programs and process improvement initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Fluent in English with strong leadership capabilities and a customer-centric mindset.
