The Team Leader will manage a team of 4-5 members providing Claims Operations and Customer Service for electronic device insurance through multiple channels, including hotline, email and other channels.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Work Location:
479 An Duong Vuong, Binh Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Monitor and control project quality, including reviewing outputs, identifying errors, and proposing corrective actions.
Manage risks and implement fraud prevention measures.
Coordinate with the client, partners, and internal departments.
Train and guide team members.
Work closely with the team to implement improvements, ensuring compliance with defined standards and client expectations.
Prepare reports on productivity, quality metrics and additional reports as management requires.
Support hands-on claims processing and provide backup coverage as needed
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in processing non-life insurance or electronic device insurance claims, along with 1–2 years of experience in team management or a supervisory role
Good English communication
Strong communication skills, logical and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to handle situations effectively, manage risk, and work under pressure.
Willingness to work overtime on public holidays and provide backup support for claims processing, including weekend shifts on Saturday or Sunday.
