Job Description:
Provide professional consulting services to clients on projects involving installation systems for building services engineering - from initial feasibility studies through to detailed project specifications and structural design.
Independently manage projects and develop technical solutions that are both functionally and economically sound.
Prepare project-specific technical documentation, including 3D CAD drawings and parts lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Actively apply modern BIM methods, particularly Autodesk Revit, and help advance the company's digital project management practices.
Support international subsidiaries and partners with technical queries, including on-site deployment when required.
Conduct technical training courses and seminars for various target groups, such as planners, engineers, clients, and internal staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in an engineering role; experience with international projects is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of building services engineering (MEP) is an advantage.
Experience with structural analysis software (e.g., R-Stab, Staad Pro, SAP2000).
Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and 3D CAD software, e.g., Autodesk Revit.
Experience preparing technical documentation (calculations, parts lists, assembly drawings).
Good English skills (written and spoken).
