Senior Corporate Finance Manager

Corporate Finance & Investor Relations

• Partner with senior leadership to develop clear financial narratives, dashboards, and investor-facing materials that support strategic communication and decision-making.
• Support fundraising initiatives, including private placements, debt financing, investor engagement, and due diligence processes.
• Contribute to IPO readiness activities by ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and disclosure practices.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis for M&A activities and other strategic transactions.

Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives

• Evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives to support the company’s growth agenda.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support board-level decisions related to M&A, brand onboarding, category expansion, and other strategic priorities.
• Structure, assess, and negotiate financial terms in key commercial agreements and partnerships to optimize returns and long-term value creation.

Performance Management & Business Insights

• Oversee financial performance monitoring, management reporting, and periodic business review processes.
• Identify key growth, profitability, and efficiency drivers, and recommend practical initiatives to improve business performance.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making across marketing, operations, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Corporate Finance team, promoting a culture of analytical rigor, business partnering, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted finance business partner to senior commercial leaders and cross-functional executives.
• Promote financial discipline, risk management, and sound governance across all strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Big 4 firms, investment banking, or similar professional services environments is an advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIMA, or CFA are preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial finance, preferably within e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced consumer-driven industries.
• Solid experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
