About Senior Software Engineer Position
We’re looking for a Backend .NET Engineer to join a large-scale travel platform serving complex booking and supplier integration workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work on real-world enterprise systems, solve production-critical challenges, and contribute to improving the reliability and scalability of a high-traffic platform.

 

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve production/system issues
• Develop and maintain features in a large enterprise travel platform
• Debug cross-service and asynchronous workflows
• Work with distributed/domain-based architecture
• Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams
• Improve system reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Support integrations with suppliers and third-party systems

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.
  NET MVC/Web API
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server, query optimization, and REST API integration
• Experience with RabbitMQ or message-driven/distributed systems
• Familiar with IIS, Windows Server, and enterprise/legacy applications
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills
• Understanding of distributed/SOA architectures
• Effective English communication skills (written and spoken) for working with UK-based stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Experience with travel, OTA, or booking platforms
• Experience with supplier/third-party integrations and distributed systems
• Familiar with AWS/cloud infrastructure, Solr, and logging/audit/tracing systems
