About Project Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software projects for our UK clients. You’ll manage cross-functional teams to ensure top-quality delivery, and collaborate closely with international teams. Strong leadership, communication, and a sharp focus on project quality are essential for success in this position

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand and manage their expectations
• Defines project scope, timeline, and deliverables, breaks down work into manageable tasks
• Facilitates collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Organizes meetings, standups, and progress reports follow Agile/Scrum methodology
• Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Develops mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Implement best practices for process improvements and team efficiency.

Your Skills and Experience

• From 3 years of experience in software project management 
• Solid knowledge of with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience as a Software Developer is a plus
• Preferably PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, or PSM certified
