Senior Architect

• Lead and mentor the architectural team, providing technical guidance and performance support.
• Manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
• Oversee design development, project delivery, and contract administration.
• Drive design excellence, innovation, and compliance with company standards.
• Contribute to business objectives, operational improvements, and company initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed/Registered Architect in Vietnam.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in Revit and related architectural software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance design quality with commercial and operational goals.
