Mô tả công việc

The Security Director is responsible for developing and executing the Group's security strategy to safeguard people, assets, information, and business operations. This role oversees fraud prevention, information security, physical security, compliance monitoring, risk management, and internal investigations while ensuring a secure and compliant operating environment across the organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Security Strategy & Governance

- Develop and implement the Group's security strategy, objectives, and annual operating plans.

- Establish departmental goals, KPIs, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure effective security operations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the organization's security management framework.


2. Fraud Prevention & Internal Investigations

- Develop and implement programs to prevent fraud, misconduct, corruption, asset loss, and operational waste.

- Lead and oversee investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, policy violations, and other security-related incidents.

- Assess fraud risks and recommend preventive controls to minimize business exposure.

- Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Control, Audit, Legal, and other business functions to strengthen fraud prevention and governance.


3. Information Security

- Develop and execute the Group's information security strategy and annual plans.

- Oversee investigations relating to information security breaches and data protection incidents.

- Identify and assess information security risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

- Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to safeguard corporate information, digital assets, and confidential data.


4. Personnel Security

- Develop and implement personnel security policies and procedures.

- Oversee pre-employment background screening and employee security verification processes.

- Monitor personnel security risks and implement security measures in accordance with corporate policies.


5. Physical Security & Safety Management

- Direct security operations across offices, business units, projects, and operational facilities.

- Develop and implement security protection plans, emergency response procedures, and fire prevention programs.

- Drive the adoption of advanced security technologies to enhance monitoring and operational effectiveness.


6. Compliance & Risk Management

- Establish and maintain security compliance programs in line with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct security risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

- Promote digital transformation and technology-enabled compliance monitoring to improve operational efficiency.


7. Government & External Relations

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with law enforcement agencies, fire authorities, government bodies, and other external stakeholders.

- Represent the Company in security-related matters involving regulatory authorities and external organizations.


8. Leadership & People Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Security team to achieve departmental objectives.

- Set performance goals, evaluate employee performance, and identify succession and development opportunities.

- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and capability development to build a high-performing security organization.


9. Security Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Develop, review, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, standards, and operating guidelines.

- Promote digitalization and AI-enabled solutions to enhance security management and operational efficiency.

- Ensure effective management of security records, documentation, assets, and operational resources.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits across business units to ensure compliance with corporate standards and operating procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Security Management, Law, Risk Management, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline.


Experience:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Corporate Security, Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Investigation.

- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise-wide security operations.
