Sea Export Staff (Freshers Are Welcome)

Calling all logistics enthusiasts! 

Our Global Shared Service Center (Global SSC) is on the hunt for 15 Sea Export Staff to handle the transition of logistics operations from our Korean Headquarters to Vietnam. This role is a valuable opportunity to learn about the global logistics process. All new hires will be provided with comprehensive, step-by-step training by experienced Leaders from Korea to ensure a seamless handover and stable operations. 

As part of the team, you will contribute directly to our global logistics activities. 

Candidates will be appointed to one of the following functional areas:

1. Documentation 

• Handle shipping documents and Shipping Instructions (SI). 
• Prepare and issue Bills of Lading (B/L). 
• Submit VGM, cargo manifests, and advanced filings (AFR, ISF). 
• Coordinate cargo insurance with partners. 

2. Shipment Tracking 

• Monitor shipment status via carrier platforms and internal systems.  
• Prepare tracking reports and provide shipment updates.  
• Manage shipment issues and communicate delays proactively. 

3. Settlement 

• Handle buying settlement.  
• Process Import D/O release.  
• Issue and revise HBL.  
• Support shipment tracking and operational coordination.

1. English is your comfort zone: Your CV must be written in English, and you can communicate confidently in both written and spoken English. Bonus point if you can speak Korean (not mandatory) 

2. Logistics experience: With 1 - 3 years of experience in Logistics, Import–Export, or SCM.  

Freshers graduated University from relevant majors such as Logistics, Import–Export, or SCM are welcome. 

3. Detail-oriented and dependable: You manage tasks with accuracy, ownership, and a commitment to getting things right  

4. Customer-oriented attitude: You enjoy supporting customers, solving problems, and creating positive experiences through every interaction.
