Cost Management Senior Staff (10-Month Contract)

This position is to replace an employee during maternity leave for 10 months. After the contract ends, there may be a chance to become a permanent employee based on company needs and work performance.

1. Cost control
- Check daily operating costs.
- Review warehouse, transportation, and labor costs.
- Find cost differences and report to the leader.
- Support cost saving activities.

2. Invoice checking
- Check supplier invoices.
- Compare invoices with operation records.
- Work with Finance for the monthly payment.
- Follow up if any information is missing.

3. Reports
- Collect data from Warehouse and other teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Update cost files in Excel.
- Make simple cost reports for the leader.

4. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree 
• From 3-4 years of experience in Cost Management, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics company is a big plus
• Basic English for reading emails and writing simple reports.
• Good Excel skills
• Careful when working with numbers.
• Able to solve problems and learn quickly.
