• Handle sea export shipments from booking to cargo departure and file closing.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, trucking vendors, and related parties.

Documentation

• Prepare and process export documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.

Customer Service

• Follow up shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.

Reporting & Others

• Update systems and prepare reports as required.
• Support continuous improvement activities and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Booking, Customer Service, or Documentation within a Freight Forwarder.

2. Good at English

3. Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desirable.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
